You are right, I did, and that's because they are both mirrors of each other. We cannot escape the fact that our mind is a reflection of how our body feels. Food which is heavy and hard to digest can make us feel depressed. Food which is too light and unsubstantial can make us feel anxious. Spicy food can make us angry and quick tempered. Put even more simply - pain anywhere in the body causes mental distress. When you eat right for your body type, you should feel mentally sharp, physically energetic and emotionally happy.
