Where's your happy place? Sitting by water is mine. It could be a beach as beautiful as this one, a river, lake, canal or whatever. There’s something about sitting by water that calms me, helps me clear my thoughts and puts me in a good mood. Knowing your happy place is a great de-stressing tool. It could be a bench in your local park, sitting with a book in your favorite chair, or simply walking along a certain path. Wherever it is - know it, use it and go there.
