For the love of avo

There's nothing better than when nature tells us what to eat. I'm lucky enough to live in a country that bares avocado trees and now is the time when the fruit is ripe. Avocados are ideal for our bodies this time of year. We're coming out of the dry Autmun/Fall season and the oiliness of avocados help combat the dryness in our skin and digestive system. Plus, it has more potassium than a banana, works great in a face mask, and nourishes the lungs, liver and heart. Guac anyone?
