Cinnamon bark benefits

Cinnamon bark - the real deal. Picture taken in the garden of my host's house in Kerala. When it's cold outside, add a pinch of cinnamon to your oats, tea or food to get this yummy tasting and smelling spice into your diet. Not only will it warm you up, it will also help with a runny nose, relieve a cough with mucus, improve libido, boost a slow digestion and help clear urinary infections.
