Hydration is key as autumn turns into winter and our bodies are still dry. It’s not just about drinking water - and please no fizzy water which just aggravates the situation - it's also key to moisturise by taking in lots of good oils. There's a reason why avocado is an autumn-winter fruit, because the earth produces seasonally what is good for us to be eating at that time of the year. So bring out the avocado, walnuts, olive oil and other oily goodies and stay moisturised.
