According to Ayurveda (Indian medicine), you are what you digest, not what you eat. So if you want your body and mind to support you in the right way, start paying attention to what's happening in the loo and work on improving it. What you'll get out of the session:
- Understand what a healthy and less healthy poo looks like
- Learn what foods can help you get the perfect poo
