There's so much advice out there on what you should be eating and doing while pregnant. Why does it stop after giving birth?
After your body has gone through such huge changes, understanding how to get "back to yourself" after giving birth, in the healthiest way possible, is equally as important. It's not just about losing weight but also getting your digestion back on track, keeping your body well nourished and staying strong during nursing (if relevant).
In this session you'll learn:
- what happens to your body after giving birth, according to Ayurveda
- food dos and don'ts
- tips for staying strong
- tips for healthy breast milk
Ayurveda is a science dating back 3000 years from the area of India. In this session, I'll bring this ancient science to life, making it practical for modern day living.
