For those who are feeling stressed, low in energy or generally out of whack, this session is for you. Ayurveda (Indian medicine) talks about daily routines that we should practice in order to keep our body and mind strong and our immunity in good shape. Some of the steps are as quick as 20 seconds. Others may take 2 minutes. You can pick which ones you feel you need at this particular time. In this session we will cover: - The Ayurvedic clock and it's importance to your health - The E-ENT approach - Breathwork for stressed/low energy moments Ayurveda is a science dating back 3000 years from the area of India. In this session, I'll bring this ancient science to life, making it practical for modern day living.
