Ayurveda tea for sluggishness

Delicious tea to help digestive sluggishness:
 
1/2 teaspoon dry ginger*
 
1/8 teaspoon cardamom or 3 cardamom pods
 
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick
 
Boil it in water for 5 minutes, or simply put it in hot water and let it infuse.
 

Drink. Smile. Feel happy *no more than 2g of ginger a day if you're pregnant
