Autumn dry skin tip #1

I started using this natural cleanser last week and instantly felt the difference in my dry, Autumn skin.
 

 
Take a teaspoon of almond meal/ground almonds, add some warm water and make it into a paste. Smooth it onto your face and then massage gently in a circular motion. Rinse with warm water (not too hot as hot water is drying) and voila. Smooth, moisturised and nourished skin.
 

 
Tip: you can also use it on the rest of your body.
